I recently had Rick over for an appraisal for a unique home and 5 acre property in Fort Collins. He was very thorough, genuinely interested in his work, highly professional and friendly throughout the process. I know offsite he completed a large amount of research to get accurate numbers because it is a such a unique property. When we first called about getting an independent appraisal, he took the time to listen to our situation and then thoughtfully questioned whether moving forward with an appraisal was actually the right step. He explained his reasoning and shared as much insight on the property as he could without having seen it or conducting an official appraisal. This mattered to us because he could have easily scheduled the appraisal and taken our money, but instead he prioritized doing what was best for us. After a few weeks of considering our options, we reached back out to Rick to proceed. He scheduled the appraisal within about a week. Throughout the process he was professional, detail‑oriented, and honest. We received the full report less than a week later. Overall, NoCo Valuations was timely, responsive, and friendly.
