A couple of weeks ago I hired Rick of NoCo Valuations to provide an appraisal of my small historic house in Loveland, as required for a division of property in divorce. We are working on getting a refinance on out house. We are using an FHA which requires a lot of the little things be fixed around the house to make sure it's up to code. When the appraisal was first done we had a couple repairs to do, Richard our appraiser walked me through everything they expected and what would need to be done. After I completed the repairs he came over almost immediately to approve and submit the work. I had missed something he said to be done and he was nice enough to let me make the quick repair and even helped a little. He was very nice and kind. Was nice to my dogs even though they seemed to want to eat him and was nice to the family as well (we have 4 kids). Definitely a nice dude and would use his services again.
