He was very thorough, genuinely interested in his work, highly professional and friendly throughout the process. I know offsite he completed a large amount of research to get accurate numbers because it is a such a unique property. When we first called about getting an independent appraisal, he took the time to listen to our situation and then thoughtfully questioned whether moving forward with an appraisal was actually the right step. This mattered to us because he could have easily scheduled the appraisal and taken our money, but instead he prioritized doing what was best for us.
